[2] Starter Kit:
Upon subscription, the customer must choose the payment method for the starter kit.
The starter kit includes the free rental of the modem, basic router and telephone adapter. The rest of the equipment can be purchased if needed.
Payment is made according to the customer’s preference:
In the case of a payment in several monthly installments, the customer will be charged a first monthly payment when subscribing to the service. The second and third monthly payments will be taken when billing the subscribed service.
[3] Satisfaction period:
Customers receive a 15 days warranty. If the customer is not satisfied, he must notify Bravo Telecom via customer service by telephone or in the shop.
The customer will then have 15 days to return the equipment and get a full refund.
This full refund will be made within 15 days after receipt of the equipment, provided that the equipment is functional.
In case of cancellation of the service after the 15 day guarantee period, Bravo Telecom charges the amount due for the starter kit.
Refund does not apply to Koodo products and services, available for resale on the Bravo Telecom website.

Bravo Telecom offers free installation.
We offer a complete installation, with a technician’s trip, for a fee of $ 30.
In order to guarantee a similar quality for all our customers, the use of an external modem to Bravo Telecom is not allowed.
The purchase of the equipment is possible in one payment or in several payments, which will be added to the monthly withdrawals.
The use of an external router to Bravo Telecom is possible, but technical support is not offered for the customer’s personal equipment.
A guarantee of service is offered for 15 days after the subscription of the service. In the event of termination within this warranty period, all fees collected will be refunded, except the shipping costs of the equipment if concerned.
In the case of a cancellation after the 15 days guarantee, the remaining monthly payments related to the equipment will be deducted in a single payment.
In the event of a cancellation during the 15-day guarantee period, Bravo Telecom will refund the costs once the equipment is received, within 15 days.
However, customers who want to keep the equipment (excluding rental equipment) will be able to pay the amount due for the starter kit.

If the customer is not satisfied with our services, he will have 15 days after his installation to start the cancellation process. All the fees will be refunded, except the $9.95 for the opening of a customer file (only for packages charging this fee).
