The technician visited my home but didn’t set up all the equipment. What should I do?

The technician will install the coaxial cable and connect the modem for testing. A guide will be sent to you by email to help you connect the modem to your router. You can also opt for a full installation for only $30. Certain conditions apply.

What types of subscriptions are available?

Our subscriptions are available in various durations to suit your needs: - Annual Subscription: 12 months of service with a one-time payment. A discount is offered upon renewal. - Semi-Annual Subscription: Payable in a single installment for 6 months of service, with a renewal discount. - Quarterly Subscription: Ideal for short-term needs, this 3-month subscription is payable in one installment and also allows you to benefit from a renewal discount.

What is the installation delay for a relocation?

It is the same as a regular installation, approximately 10 to 15 days. To avoid service interruption, we strongly recommend notifying us of your relocation at least 15 days in advance.

My semi-annual/annual subscription is ending in a week. What should I do?

Typically, we send a service renewal email just before your subscription ends. If you haven’t received it, please contact our billing department by phone at 514-227-4647, via our online chat, or on our social media channels.

The technician just came for installation, but I didn’t receive any equipment. What should I do?

You are required to pick up your kit 48 hours before the technician’s visit if you opted for ""On-Site"" pickup or another delivery option. If this wasn’t done, you can retrieve the kit after the technician's visit. For more information, feel free to contact us.
