Can I install the Bravo Telecom phone service by myself?

Yes, the equipment provided is pre-configured. With the instructions included in your starter kit, you will be able to set it up yourself. If you experience any difficulty, please contact technical support at 514-227-4647.

What other telephone services do I have access to?

With Bravo Telecom's (smart) telephony, you have access to the following services: - Caller ID (name and number) - Call waiting - 3-way calling - Advanced voicemail - Call forwarding

How do I set up my voicemail?

To set up your voicemail, dial *98 and enter your personal password. If you have forgotten your password, contact technical support at 514-227-4647 or via email at sac@bravotelecom.com.

I already have a phone number with my current provider. Can I keep it with Bravo Telecom?

Yes, Bravo Telecom allows you to transfer your phone number for free, provided your current number remains active with your phone provider on the transfer date. You will also need your phone bill for the process.

What happens when I reach the number of minutes included in my phone plan?

When you reach the minute limit of your phone plan, outgoing long-distance calls are blocked.
