When submitting your move request, you’ll find a referral section at the bottom of the form. Simply enter the new occupant’s details.
Once their service is activated, you will both receive a $25 discount on your bills.
If you have already submitted the form without referring anyone, no worries! You can still visit our referral page to add a new referral.

Yes, a $40 fee (plus taxes) applies. This fee can be paid in one installment or split into three payments.

Yes, you can use your current equipment at your new address, as long as it is compatible. Our team will confirm this during the processing of your request.
