How do I send an Interac e-Transfer to Bravo Telecom?

Before proceeding with an Interac e-Transfer, please ensure that you have access to online banking through your financial institution. You'll need your username and password to log on to your online banking account. Once logged on, follow the steps below to complete your Interac e-Transfer securely.

• Log on to your financial institution's online banking service.

• Select "Transfers", then "Interac e-Transfer" to start your secure money transfer via the Interac e-Transfer service.

• If this is the first time you've sent an Interac e-Transfer to Bravo Telecom, click "Add" to include Bravo Telecom as a recipient. If Bravo Telecom is already listed, continue directly to step 6 .

• Select the email transfer method, then enter the required information in the corresponding fields:
  • Recipient name: Bravo Telecom
  • Email : interac@bravotelecom.com
  • Confirm email : interac@bravotelecom.com

• Please enter the following security question and answer if required:
  • Question: telecom
  • Answer: bravo
  Otherwise, you can skip directly to step 06.

• Select the account from which you want to send the funds, enter the amount to send, then in the "Reason" field, add your Bravo Telecom account number. ℹ️ Be sure to include your Bravo Telecom account number, starting with "ACC". This number can be retrieved from your client portal.  Once this is done, validate your information.

• Make sure your information is correct and check the confirmation box to validate the transaction.
