							I would like to change this to 5 stars but you give me no choice : I received your equipment but there is no signal. Three calls no result! I have a store I need internet to make our equipment workable including the terminals. You should  understand that the commercial plans must be given technical support immediately until the set has been made and all started functioning smoothly. SUPPORT RECEIVED AND CONNECTED!

							I am new to Bravo and it has been 1 week and so far everything is excellent. I don't know why there is 1 star as reviews but I will definetly update my review after 3 months if anything goes wrong. So far as promised the speed is guaranteed during all day even in peak time without any interruption so far. I am working from home and I randomly do speed test and am getting what was promised. Great support and great service. Hope they will continue that way Will recommend it for the price and speed for all my friends. Just to be clear I only have the modem from them, my home wifi is mine so I can't say if the router that will be provided by them will be good or not.  Update: After 1 year and a half with Bravo I still don't know why people are having issues with them. I didn't need ever to contact their support. Great service and no downtime. By the way I work from home and am a heavy user. Keep up Bravo and Bravo pour votre service

							I Have been a client of Bravo Telecom since 2018 and recently had issues. Omar from the technical support department did a great job in making sure that the connection and service rendered was top quality 5 star. He went beyond what his duties and obligations were and even had scheduled a follow up call to make sure everything works perfectly. I would totally recommend the services of Bravo Telecom and hope you get a chance to call Omar and have him as your customer service.
