[2] Starter Kit:
Upon subscription, the customer must choose the payment method for the starter kit.
The starter kit includes the free rental of the modem, basic router and telephone adapter. The rest of the equipment can be purchased if needed.
Payment is made according to the customer’s preference:
- When subscribing, in one payment.
- In several monthly payments: in 2 or 3 payments.
In the case of a payment in several monthly installments, the customer will be charged a first monthly payment when subscribing to the service. The second and third monthly payments will be taken when billing the subscribed service.
[3] Satisfaction period:
Customers receive a 15 days warranty. If the customer is not satisfied, he must notify Bravo Telecom via customer service by telephone or in the shop.
The customer will then have 15 days to return the equipment and get a full refund.
This full refund will be made within 15 days after receipt of the equipment, provided that the equipment is functional.
In case of cancellation of the service after the 15 day guarantee period, Bravo Telecom charges the amount due for the starter kit.
Refund does not apply to Koodo products and services, available for resale on the Bravo Telecom website.
